Experience the quintessential cup of Colombian coffee with our The Emerald Mountain Blend Colombia Roast 🇨🇴. Sourced from the high peaks near Medellín, this medium-bodied roast offers a delightful trinity of sweet fruit, balanced acidity, and comforting chocolate.

This exceptional coffee is proudly ethically sourced from dedicated smallholder farmers operating in the rich, mountainous terrain of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. Cultivated at invigorating altitudes between 1,300 and 1,500 meters in fertile Volcanic Loam soil, these beans develop the classic, balanced flavor profile Colombia is famous for.

We feature a blend of classic and modern Colombian varietals—Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica—selected for their superior quality and consistent cup character. The beans undergo a meticulous Fully Washed process, followed by an innovative drying method: they are finished in solar dryers to protect the coffee from rain. This precision ensures a clean, vibrant cup and highlights the natural sugars within the bean.

Our commitment to quality means this coffee is freshly roasted to a perfect Medium Roast. This profile is chosen to highlight the bean's natural complexity, resulting in a luminous and accessible Tasting Profile:

  • Dried Orange: A bright, sweet citrus acidity that provides a refreshing lift.
  • Berry: A subtle, jammy fruit note that adds depth and sweetness.
  • Chocolate: A smooth, satisfying cocoa finish that grounds the brightness and provides a familiar comfort.

By choosing The Emerald Mountain Blend, you are directly supporting the small farming communities in Antioquia and our dedication to a transparent, ethically sourced supply chain. This is a versatile, medium-bodied coffee—perfect for any brewing method, delivering a consistently smooth and memorable experience.
