Our Central Valley Charm is strictly ethically sourced from dedicated micro farms nestled in the hills of Alajuela, Costa Rica. These farms cultivate their beans at elevations between 1,300 and 1,445 meters in the fertile Volcanic Loam soil, conditions that naturally enhance the coffee's brightness and delicate sugars.


The coffee features classic Central American varietals, Caturra and Catuai, selected for their capacity to produce a clean, complex cup. The defining characteristic of this coffee is its environmentally conscious processing: it is Eco-pulped and dried in the sun. The eco-pulping method significantly reduces water usage while maintaining a high standard of quality, resulting in the brilliant clarity and flavor for which Costa Rican coffee is famous.
