Elevate your morning with the exquisite balance of our The Andes Allure Peru Pods 🌄. This is a bright, impeccably clean, and subtly sweet coffee experience, delivered effortlessly through your single-serve machine.

Our Peruvian coffee is meticulously ethically sourced from the northern regions of Piura and Amazonas, where the majestic Andes mountains meet the tropical climate. This stunning area provides the perfect environment for growing specialty coffee, nurtured by the mineral-rich Clay Minerals soil at high altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 1,700 meters.

We are proud to partner with the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, a grower-owned organization dedicated to sustainable practices and empowering smallholder farmers. Their commitment to quality is evident in the carefully cultivated varietals—including Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor—which contribute a desirable complexity to the final cup.

The beans are processed using the traditional fully washed and sun-dried method, which involves careful "gully washing" to remove all fruit mucilage and drying on patios under the crisp Andean sun. This meticulous process results in the clean, bright flavor profile that makes Peruvian coffee famous.

Our coffee is freshly roasted to a true Medium level, designed to bring out its natural sugars and preserve its delightful acidity. The result is a luminous Tasting Profile you can enjoy in moments:

  • Salted Caramel: A decadent, yet balanced sweetness that provides a comforting backbone.
  • Silky Sweet: A luxurious mouthfeel and a smooth, honey-like sweetness that lingers.
  • Citrus: A vibrant, refreshing touch of orange or lime acidity that keeps the cup lively and sparkling.

These convenient pods are sealed immediately after roasting and precise grinding, ensuring that the integrity of the coffee is maintained until the very moment you brew. Experience the elegant purity and freshly roasted quality of the high Andes, one perfect cup at a time.
