Discover the unparalleled elegance and smooth complexity of our The Andean Gold Peru Roast 🇵🇪. Hailing from the high-altitude valleys of Northern Peru, this coffee delivers a clean, sweet, and beautifully balanced cup that is perfect for any time of day.

Our Andean Gold coffee is rigorously ethically sourced from the pristine regions of Piura and Amazonas, where it is grown by the dedicated farmers of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino. These beans are nurtured at challenging altitudes between 1,100 and 1,700 meters in mineral-rich Clay Minerals soil, conditions that naturally enhance their sweetness and density.

The blend of classic varietals—Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor—contributes a layered complexity to the final flavor. The coffee undergoes a meticulous gully washed and sun-dried process, ensuring every trace of fruit pulp is removed, which results in the renowned clean and bright character of high-quality Peruvian coffee.

We take pride in delivering coffee that is truly freshly roasted. Our expert roasters apply a precise Medium Roast profile that perfectly unlocks the bean's inherent sugars and aromatics. This profile elevates the coffee's signature Tasting Profile to perfection:

  • Salted Caramel: A comforting, decadent sweetness that provides a familiar yet luxurious foundation.
  • Silky Sweet: A delightful, smooth mouthfeel and honey-like sweetness that coats the palate.
  • Citrus: A bright, refreshing touch of subtle citrus acidity that keeps the cup lively and beautifully balanced.

By choosing the Andean Gold, you are supporting the Norandino cooperative's commitment to quality and sustainability, ensuring that this magnificent coffee is ethically sourced and empowers the smallholder farmers in the region. Enjoy a cup that is as sweet as it is sophisticated.
